The NPC Twin Cities Open, NPC Minnesota State and Iron Alliance Gym are proud to bring you an NPC Minnesota seminar and workshop hosted by the legendary IFBB Pro League Judge, Sandy Williamson!
This is an amazing opportunity to meet and learn from leaders of our organization, our local pros and our local judges. The seminar will go over the judging criteria and posing for each division as well as provide you with some posing practice to perfect your own stage presentation. There will also be time for a Q&A, community lift, giveaways and more! A detailed seminar schedule will be posted on npctwincitiesopen.com and npcminnesotastate.com.
